Universidad Católica del Táchira

A prestigious educational institution, with more than 50 years of experience in Venezuela, needed a fully digital enrollment process to enhance the student experience while supporting the administrative area. The challenge involved integrating with its current platforms, in order to initiate a gradual process of transformation that would allow it to respond quickly to the requirements of the moment:

• Digitization of enrollment documents.
• Automation of document verification.
• Integration with the Study Control platform.
• Digital footprint of the enrollment process to allow for measurement and identification of faults.

Thanks to this initiative, UCAT was able to carry out its enrollment process during the pandemic. Additionally, it reduced response times and the required personnel.
